   The 2009 Bullhead City Hardyville Days - Celebrating the Heritage, of the Colorado River event is coming. This year’s event dates are: October 22-23-24-25, 2009. The event is held at Bullhead Community Park located at 1251 Hwy. 95 in Bullhead City, next to the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce building. The event times are:

Friday 12:00 Noon to 6:00 P.M.
Saturday 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Sunday 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

   In addition to the Hardyville Days events, activities, live entertainment and vendors in the park area, there is an Arts and Crafts Fair held in the lower ballroom of the Chamber building.  This event is sponsored by the River Valley Artists Guild.  If you are an arts/craft’s vendor interested in an INDOOR booth, please contact Penny Coburn at (928) 768-4196. There are separate fees for the indoor booths and they fill up very quickly.

   If you would like to be an OUTDOOR vendor, please complete the enclosed Registration Form, the enclosed Vendor Agreement Form and read the applicable fee information and make your check out to the City of Bullhead City for the total amount due.    Our Food vendor spaces are full. You may call to get on the waiting list if you wish to be a food vendor. Contact Ed Catalfamo at the Bullhead City Recreation Division office (928) 763-0158, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Vendors are encouraged to dress ‘old time 1800's’ or in western style attire during the event.

Event Information - Rules/Regulations

Vendor Fees

10' x 10' space $50.00 / Weekend 10' x 20' space $75.00 / Weekend Over 10' x 20' space $10.00 additional for every 10' or fraction thereof Food or drink vendors $100.00 / Weekend (a 10x10 or 10x20 maximum)

Non-Profit Organizations

10' x 10' space $ 5.00 / Weekend Over 10' x 10' space $10.00 additional for every 10' or fraction thereof Food or drink vendors $50.00 / Weekend (a 10x10 or 10x20 maximum) *Nonprofit organizations selling specific items such as: bake sale items, bottled water, candy, Girl Scout cookies, will pay the $5.00 or $10.00+ fee (depending upon space size).

Vendors with RV's

30' & Under $100.00 / Weekend + space fee 31' & Over $130.00 / Weekend + space fee

Entertainment / Ride Vendor Deposit

Deposit Amount $100.00 *Deposits are refundable provided the vendor attends the event as scheduled with all rides or activities scheduled. If the vendor does not provide the activities specified, or is unable to attend the event or conduct the activity for any reason, there will be no refund. No exceptions.

Electric Hookups (limited availability)

Applies to food vendor area only, all vendors; nonprofit or profit $25.00 per day
Additional Information
  1. Food/beverage vendors are required to submit a copy of their health permit issued by the Mohave County Health Department to the vendor chairperson. Contact the Health department at (928) 758-0704.
  2. Vendors are responsible for reporting and payment of all applicable sales tax.
  3. Vendors’ may begin arriving at Bullhead Community Park on Friday at 6:30 a.m. Vendor check in is from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon on Friday.
  4. Vendors cannot begin set up in the park until 6:30 a.m. Friday.
  5. Vehicles used for unloading must be off the grass and out of the event area by 12:00 Noon or before on Friday. DURING THE EVENT, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT AREA. All additional supplies must be carried in from the parking lot. Vendors who abuse this rule may be excused from the event and/or future events. Additional parking is available on the south side of the Chamber building and to the north of the event area. Vendors are requested to park away from the event area to allow the public access to the prime parking spaces. Vendors are not allowed to stay in the park over night on Sunday.
Event Hours:
Friday 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The above hours will be the advertised event hours. Vendors are encouraged to be open during these hours. Vendors may open earlier and stay open later if desired.  In addition a cash drawing will take place at the end of each day for all remaining “open for business” outdoor vendors. Only those vendors that are still open at the end of each scheduled event day will be eligible to participate in the daily cash drawing.
